Why do I get the "No translations found" message?
In this article, you'll learn how to troubleshoot the pop-up "No translation found" on the Visual Editor.
If you see the error message "No translations found" on the Visual Editor, it either means that Weglot hasn't translated the content yet, or that the translation exists but cannot be retrieved from your Weglot Dashboard > Translations > Languages > Translation List:

To solve that issue, you have to:
1) Locate the page containing the content you want to translate.
Go to your website and visit the page containing the content you're trying to edit in the Visual Editor.
2) Visit the page in your destination language(s).
Once you have located your content, use the Weglot language switcher to display the translated version of the page. It will trigger the Weglot translation mechanism and ensure that the content is translated. If the content remains untranslated, you may want to consult our documentation about: How to translate dynamic content?
3) The translation should be generated in the Visual Editor and in your Weglot Dashboard > Translations > Languages > Translation List.

If you don't see the relevant translation in your Translation List, please consult this article: Troubleshooting - Why is my website not fully translated, but only some parts?
4) The Visual Editor will display the translation, and you can edit it.

Alternatively, if you're still unable to use the Visual Editor for some translations, you may modify them directly in your Translation List, which should also work (see part 1 of How to edit my translations).
You can also use the Visual Editor while viewing your website in its original language. You should then be able to view and edit your translations.
