Translate your Bubble website

Translate all your content and make your Bubble website multilingual within minutes.

1) Add the Weglot plugin

From your Bubble dashboard, go to the plugin tab, then click on "Add plugins".

There, you can search for the Weglot plugin. Once you've found it, click on "Install".

2) Create a Weglot account

This account will be where you manage and edit all your translations. You can create your Weglot account here.

After creating an account, you’ll receive a validation email in the email address you signed up with. Once you’ve validated your account, select “Bubble” as your website technology.

3) Choose languages

Now that you've set Bubble as your website technology, you'll be directed to the Weglot setup page. Enter your website URL (remember—you must enter your own domain name, like mywebsite.com).

Then, select the original language of your website—the language you used to create your website—and the languages you want to translate your website into. 

Click “Next”.

4) Connect your Weglot project to your website

From your Weglot dashboard, copy the API key that was automatically generated for your website.

Go into the Weglot plugin from your Bubble dashboard. Paste your API key in the correct field, encircled in red below:

5) Your Bubble website is now multilingual!

Once it’s done, you’ll be able to see the language switcher button at the bottom of your website. You can deploy your website or click "Preview" in Bubble to see what your website looks like. You will find the language button at the bottom, on the right of the website. Feel free to test it and switch between languages. Weglot will automatically generate a first layer of automatic translation. You’ll then be able to edit and manage your translation from your Weglot dashboard.
