How can I get my invoice?

In this article, you'll learn how to access and download your Weglot invoices.


1. Accessing Your Invoices:

All your invoices are located on your Weglot Dashboard > Billing page. Follow these steps:

  • Navigate to your Weglot Dashboard.
  • Click on the Billing tab located in the top menu.
  • Select Card & Invoices from the left menu.


2. Downloading Invoices:

Once in the Card & Invoices section, you'll find options to download all your past invoices in PDF format. You can select the invoice you need and download it for your records.


3. Changes to Invoice Settings:

It's important to note that any changes made to your invoice settings will only take effect from the next billing cycle onwards. Past invoices will not reflect these changes.


Important Reminder:

Please make sure you keep your billing information up to date.


Note that billing notifications are sent to the organization's owner but can also be sent to other email addresses, even if they are not linked to a Weglot account.


To add a new email address as a receiver, you can:

  • Go to your Weglot Dashboard
  • If you have several organizations, select the one concerned
  • Go to the "Billing" tab
  • Select "Card & Invoices"
  • Fill in the "CC Email Recipient" section
  • Click on "Save changes."

If you are managing an organization, you can provide access to the billing section for your team members (see How Weglot's Organizations work)

  • Go to your Users in your Weglot Dashboard

  • Select the member to whom you want to grant access to the billing section.
  • Choose the role permission.
