We offer a 15-day refund policy following your original date of purchase.

To request a refund, please send us an email at support@weglot.com.

Key points to qualify for a refund:

  • Only refund requests sent during the 15 days following the subscription date will be accepted.

    This means within 15 days from the date you upgraded to a premium plan.


  • Refunds do not apply to plan renewal or plan upgrades.

    If your plan is renewed yearly or monthly, or you have recently upgraded to a higher plan, we can still help you cancel the subscription but cannot provide a refund at this time.


Our support team processes refunds as soon as possible. You should receive an answer from us within 24-48 business hours.
