What is the refund policy?

We are deeply involved in delivering the best product and providing incredible customer support to all our users. However, we understand that it cannot be perfect for everyone's needs. 

We offer a 15-day refund policy following your original date of purchase.

Key points to qualify for a refund:

a) Only refund requests sent during the 15 days following the subscription date will be accepted. 

This means within the 15 days from the date you upgraded to a premium plan.

b) Refunds do not apply to plan renewal or plan upgrade. 

If your plan renewed yearly or monthly or you have recently upgraded to a higher plan, we are still able to help you cancel the subscription but unfortunately cannot provide a refund at this time. 

c) Refunds are processed as soon as possible by our support team. You should receive an answer from us within 24-48 business hours.
