CraftCMS - Integration / Setup

In this article, you will learn more about how to integrate Weglot into your CraftCMS website.

The first step is to create your Weglot account via this page.

Once you've confirmed your email address, you'll have the possibility to create your first Weglot project.

During the first step of the setup, you will see the "Website technology" section. Please choose "CraftCMS":

Your Weglot API key will be given to you after clicking on "Next".

Now, you can head over to your CraftCMS dashboard.

Go to the "Plugin Store" section on the left and type "Weglot" in the search bar to find us:

After installing the Weglot plugin on CraftCMS, go to your Settings > Plugins > Weglot.

Here, you can indicate the original language of your website, the translated language(s) that you want, and the API key you got when creating your project on the Weglot dashboard:

Once you've filled these sections, click on "Save" at the top right.

Weglot is now installed on your website. You can use the switcher at the bottom right of it to have your website translated:

After using the switcher, the setup will automatically be finished on your Weglot dashboard.

Your website is now multilingual!
