- Understanding your request
- We take time to really understand what you’re asking. Since we sometimes communicate in non-native languages, we may rephrase things on our side to make sure nothing is missed.
- Clarifying if needed
- We’ll get back to you with a couple of follow-up questions so we can fully understand your situation.
- Trying to reproduce it
- We’ll test on our side to see if we can reproduce what you’re experiencing.
- Investigation
- If needed, we’ll investigate further to better understand the situation.
- Resolution
- If we find one quickly: we’ll walk you through the fix and help you implement it.
- If there’s no immediate fix: we’ll escalate the issue to our product or development team, while continuing to follow up and support you along the way.
- Feedback request
- Once everything’s resolved, we may ask for a short review so you can share how your support experience went.
