How can I pause my subscription?

Instead of canceling your subscription, you have the possibility to pause it for a few months if needed
Note that in order to pause your subscription, you need to have a plan running on a monthly billing cycle (and not a yearly one)

Plans can only be paused once a year.

To pause your subscription, you can follow the process below:

1. Head over to your Weglot Dashboard, then the Billing section:

2. Click on "Cancel current plan":

3. Validate the option below and click on "Next:

⚠️ Simply note that, as mentioned on this page, canceling or pausing the service, the translations won't be active anymore on your project which means that your translations won't appear and your translated pages will be progressively removed from search engines (such as Google)

4. Click on "Pause:

5. Select the number of months you prefer and then click on "Pause":

Your subscription will temporarily be set as a Free plan and you won't be charged for this period.

How can I cancel my subscription?

1. To cancel your subscription, head over to your Weglot Dashboard > Billing

2. Cancel Plan

You can now select to cancel the plan here:

3. Validate the option below and click on "Next:

⚠️ Simply note that, as mentioned on this page, canceling or pausing the service, the translations won't be active anymore on your project which means that your translations won't appear and your translated pages will be progressively removed from search engines (such as Google)

4. Click on "Cancel":

5. Leave a feedback and click on "Confirm service cancellation":

Your subscription will be set as a Free plan and your project will be automatically deleted after 3 months of inactivity according to our terms, unless you manually delete it (see How to delete my account?)
