What is the refund policy?

We are deeply involved in delivering the best product and providing an incredible customer support. However, we understand that it cannot be perfect for everyone at all time.
That is why we have 15 days refund policy following your date of purchase.

To ask for a refund, send us an e-mail at support@weglot.com.

Please note that: 
- Only refund requests sent during the 15 days following the subscription date will be accepted.
- Refunds do not apply to plan renewal or plan upgrade.
- Refunds are processed as soon as possible by our support team. Expect a maximum of 2 working days to get an answer.
